TL;DR
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (iGaming/BI): Analyzing business and product metrics and building BI dashboards for a new iGaming project with an accent on KPI analysis, reporting, and data quality. Focus on cohort, funnel, retention, and customer segmentation analysis, automating reporting, and translating complex datasets into actionable growth insights.
Location: Portugal; fully remote

An iGaming operator preparing to launch a new, fully funded product with its core management and operational infrastructure in place.
What you will do
- Analyze business and product metrics for the iGaming project.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting.
- Conduct ad-hoc, cohort, funnel, retention, and customer segmentation analyses.
- Analyze GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, FTD, churn, conversion, and other business KPIs.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities, and provide recommendations to Product, Marketing, CRM, and Management.
- Automate reporting processes and maintain data quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or product analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of business and product KPIs and experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- English and Russian required.
