  • Production experience with services that integrate with systems outside your control and pass external or open-source conformance or certification testing.
  • Experience with path planning, routing, or deconfliction in dynamic environments, or strong fundamentals in graph search, optimization, or motion planning.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with C++, Python, Go, or similar languages, plus experience with real-time or fault-tolerant system design.

Nice to have

  • Experience with airspace management, air traffic control, or UAS traffic management systems.
  • Participation in technical standards bodies or open-source interoperability efforts.
  • Familiarity with certification-aware aerospace development processes such as DO-178 or ARP4761.
  • Experience with real-time, embedded, or gracefully degrading systems.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work with a senior robotics and aviation-focused team building drone delivery systems at scale.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus disability and basic life insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid parental leave, and family-forming assistance.
  • Flexible paid time off for salaried roles, plus 80 hours of paid sick time annually.
