What you will do
- Drive the evolution of AI capabilities and the multi-agent framework within the Conversational Commerce platform.
- Define and own the AI evaluation strategy, including success metrics, experiments, and tracking quality markers like hallucinations and latency.
- Establish and evolve LLM safety guardrails, grounding strategies, and escalation paths to ensure reliable AI behavior.
- Own critical go/no-go decisions regarding the shipping, rollback, or iteration of AI-driven changes.
- Lead continuous product discovery through customer research and usage analysis to translate AI strategy into prioritized backlogs.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Applied AI, or ML-adjacent roles.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered systems in production.
- Strong understanding of LLM failure modes, evaluation techniques, and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to make technical trade-offs across capability, cost, latency, and risk.
- Confident communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
