Warehouse Assistant

Location: SG Central Warehouse; work is split between office and warehouse environments.

What you will do

• Manage daily filing needs for logistics departments.
• Prepare export shipments through parcel carriers and freight forwarders.
• Apply hazardous-material export rules and procedures, primarily for lithium products.
• Create and manage export documentation to support timely international delivery.
• Coordinate shipment accuracy, follow-up, and service quality under the Logistics Manager's supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse shipping experience.
• Knowledge of filing methods and procedures.
• Experience with Oracle and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in an unstructured environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results-focused approach.
