What you will do
- Work with customers’ operations teams to understand their business models, strategies, and needs.
- Advise on vessel routes and speeds based on commercial requirements and agreements.
- Monitor fleets and coordinate with operators and masters to implement operational changes through the platform.
- Analyse completed voyages, prepare performance reports, and support claims-related activities.
- Provide guidance on digitalization, sustainability, fleet-wide platform adoption, ROI, and KPI achievement.
- Collaborate with User Success, Product, and internal teams on onboarding, user feedback, platform improvements, and new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the shipping industry, ideally in commercial operations or a similar role.
- Senior-level experience sailing on commercial vessels.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Interest in data, digital transformation, sustainability, and innovative customer solutions.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, curiosity, and continuous-improvement skills.
