Salary: $169,000–$259,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product capabilities from ideation through launch, including requirements, grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Shape core platform workflows and experiences used across the organization at enterprise scale.
• Translate customer needs, field signals, and support escalations into prioritized specifications for AI-assisted engineering execution.
• Conduct customer discovery and communicate product vision, updates, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, enablement, and support to ensure successful capability launches.
• Track OKRs, measure product success, and adapt priorities as business and market needs change.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience with shipped products to demonstrate.
• Strong cross-functional communication and influence across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
• Bias toward action, outcome orientation, and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• High learning velocity and the ability to ramp quickly in new domains.
• Hands-on technical experience with a variety of AI tools and interest in transforming product management through AI.
• Confidence engaging customers, including senior technical leaders.
