Salary: $203,500–$299,300 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Build sophisticated AI agents end-to-end for business growth, personalized customer experiences, and global logistics.
• Develop robust evaluation methods to measure and improve agent performance.
• Design systems and algorithms that enhance agent capabilities.
• Collect and curate human and synthetic data to optimize agent behavior.
• Work directly with leadership and deploy research into products serving millions of users.
• Collaborate across research and product teams with high autonomy and rapid iteration.

Requirements

• Experience using the latest AI tools to build AI products.
• Experience building agent solutions, including context management, evaluation definition, and performance measurement.
• Experience shipping a production AI agent or a similar system.
• Experience at a frontier AI lab such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepMind, or at a top AI startup.
• Strong experimentation, execution, and builder mindset.
• Ability to connect research and product teams effectively.
