Provider Engagement Professional (Dental)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $48,900–$66,200 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with dental provider offices, DSO partners, large groups, and rental partners.
• Coordinate credentialing, re-credentialing, provider additions, terminations, and contract changes.
• Educate provider offices about existing and new products, plans, and network participation.
• Partner with claims teams to identify and resolve provider claim issues across systems.
• Support disputes, service issues, contract matters, fee schedule and financial incentive discussions.
• Assist with product rollouts, re-contracting efforts, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with dental platforms and/or dental benefits.
• Experience in customer care or service, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detailed, proactive, organized, and capable of root-cause problem resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work remotely from a dedicated space with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload while protecting PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with MTV, CBIS, QicLink, or DPNMS.
• Experience with dental codes.
