Professional Learning Manager, PD Design and Onboarding (EdTech)

What you will do

• Set the vision, priorities, and quality standards for the Professional Learning Design team.
• Create, review, edit, and continuously improve professional development materials.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of Professional Development Designers.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for Professional Learning employees.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt priorities to changing business needs.
• Partner with Product, Curriculum, Marketing, and Professional Learning managers to develop and deliver product training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience creating and delivering professional development for K–12 educators.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
