About the Role

You will conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identify high-risk factors, and escalate cases to legal and compliance when needed. You will help maintain timely onboarding turnaround, resolve documentation gaps with internal teams, support audits through accurate records and internal controls, and improve workflows to increase onboarding accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding and escalate high-risk factors to legal and compliance
• Maintain timely turnaround across the onboarding lifecycle while balancing regulatory and client delivery requirements
• Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive account approvals
• Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
