What you will do

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies, standards, and systems.
• Guide internal stakeholders through vendor onboarding, offboarding, and oversight workflows.
• Monitor and execute tasks across vendor workflows to ensure program compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Risk Partners in compliance and technology to resolve complex issues and provide transparency to divisions.
• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying operational gaps and proposing framework enhancements.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory examinations to maintain financial transparency and control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in risk management, TPRM, or global risk program design.
• Strong risk management and control mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT
