Perfume Operations Director

What you will do

• Define and lead the end-to-end operational strategy for the perfume business unit.
• Oversee product development, sourcing, supply chain, production, packaging, and delivery operations.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and environmental responsibility.
• Contribute to the business unit’s three-year strategic roadmap and support international expansion.
• Lead operational transformation and collaborate with the Managing Director and Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with solid knowledge of chemistry and QSRP principles.
• Significant senior operations management experience in fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG.
• Proven experience leading complex international operations and strategic transformation.
• Strong expertise in supply chain and production, supported by business and financial acumen.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced business qualification.
• Proficiency in Italian.
