What you will do

• Develop regihirify.globalal business and people strategies for current operatihirify.globals and future growth.
• Set performance targets and KPIs for multiple retail locatihirify.globals and mhirify.globalitor progress.
• Oversee daily store operatihirify.globals, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulatihirify.globals.
• Manage regihirify.globalal budgets, revenue forecasts, expenses, and profitability.
• Equip Store Leaders with the informatihirify.global, tools, resources, and coaching needed to deliver results.
• Recruit and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role, including 2 years managing multiple retail stores.
• Experience managing regihirify.globalal budgets and forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and interpershirify.globalal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulatihirify.globals and compliance requirements.
