Risk Data Analyst, Staff (Fintech)

Location: United States; remote-eligible role

Salary: $135,300–$162,400, $143,300–$171,900, or $159,200–$191,052 USD annually, depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Consolidate data from multiple source systems into accurate, consistent Risk Operations data models.
• Build automated reports and intuitive Tableau dashboards.
• Analyze risk trends and translate data into actionable insights and data stories.
• Partner with Risk Operations leaders to support fraud detection, prevention, and platform integrity.
• Gather requirements, prioritize requests, and manage the analytics roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another technical field.
• 8 years of experience in analytics and/or data science, or 5+ years with a master’s degree.
• Advanced experience engineering SQL pipelines; dbt experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools for dashboard and report creation, preferably Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and present data stories to business leaders.
• Experience with fraud and risk platforms such as DataVisor and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
