Senior Disputes Insights & Reporting Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop, update, standardize, and distribute accurate reporting and analytics.
• Reconcile operational and financial data, investigate anomalies, and document resolutions.
• Design queries and build scripted or application-based reporting solutions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, complex visualizations, and executive reporting.
• Perform data manipulation, advanced calculations, insight development, and data storytelling.
• Maintain KPI, dashboard, metadata, reporting inventory, and version-control documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of SQL development or MIS reporting and analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of experience creating and modifying macros, queries, and tables.
• Expertise with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data manipulation, dashboards, complex visualizations, and calculations.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL or data pipelines, metadata governance, and other BI tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of disputes, chargebacks, fraud operations, fraud and disputes systems, and case-management systems.
