Technical Adoption Architect (AI/CLM)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates based in New York City, San Francisco, Chicago, or surrounding areas; office attendance is required at least twice a week.

Salary: $109,000–$136,000 base salary annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists from pre-sales discovery through proof of value, implementation, activation, and adoption.
• Design and build customer contracting processes using configured workflows, templates, integrations, and scalable platform architecture.
• Own complex customer use cases, defining technical approaches, phased scope, success measures, and adoption roadmaps.
• Advise enterprise stakeholders on practical and responsible AI use throughout the contracting lifecycle.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, enablement sessions, and difficult stakeholder conversations.
• Share customer insights with Product and collaborate with architecture, engineering, legal AI, support, and success teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
• Strong consultative discovery, solution design, technical communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise structures and align Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, executive sponsors, influencers, and blockers.
• Practical AI fluency, including the ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations and advise on responsible use in contracting workflows.
• Ability to define scope, priorities, sequencing, success measures, and adoption plans in ambiguous situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership of customer outcomes, and alignment with Drive, Intent, Integrity, and Empathy.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS experience and experience with integrations.
• Legal, contracting, CLM, or legal operations experience.
• Experience diagnosing AI interactions and iterating on prompts for contracting scenarios.
• Experience adapting quickly within a growing organization.
