Business Change Lead

Location: Hybrid, with two office days per week in the UK. Office bases include Osterley and Livingston. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; hirify.global does not offer sponsorship for this position.

What you will do

• Lead high-profile programmes from early scoping and mobilisation through launch readiness, implementation, stabilisation and business-as-usual handover.
• Set objectives, scope, outcomes and delivery approaches in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Establish programme governance, integrated planning, progress tracking, reporting, escalation and senior decision-making.
• Coordinate technology, product, commercial and operations teams across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
• Build trusted senior stakeholder relationships and communicate progress, risks, trade-offs and customer impact through clear, data-informed narratives.
• Line manage and matrix lead Business Change Managers while contributing to department-wide delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes in fast-paced, large organisations.
• Strong end-to-end programme leadership, including mobilisation, governance, integrated planning, RAID and dependency management, reporting, launch readiness and handover.
• Transformation mindset with the ability to connect strategy to execution, simplify complexity and maintain outcome focus.
• Excellent senior and executive stakeholder communication, problem-solving, planning and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience providing inclusive leadership and setting direction amid ambiguity, incomplete information and competing priorities.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• SAFe agile experience.
• Confidence using AI tools to support delivery excellence.
