Associate Sales Director - USA

Location: Houston, Texas, USA; hybrid schedule with two weekly remote days.

What you will do

• Generate leads through prospect research, referral relationships, and personal networking.
• Build relationships with consultants, external professionals, and industry associations to develop referral opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from qualified lead through closing.
• Identify decision-makers, schedule meetings, conduct prospect discussions, and apply consultative sales techniques.
• Collaborate with management on sales and marketing strategies for entering new markets.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• 1–2 years of professional sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in consultative settings.
• Experience communicating with C-level executives or business owners.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
