Product Marketing Specialist

Location: Onsite in Thorofare, New Jersey, United States; travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications.

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy, research and development requirements, and product lifecycle management for new and emerging products.
• Coordinate product specifications, profit estimates, product definitions, and launch activities with sales channels.
• Manage the daily progress of new product development projects and maintain prioritized customer and market requirements.
• Conduct market research, track industry trends, and prepare competitive analysis materials.
• Provide technical customer support, train internal departments, and participate in key sales situations and trade shows.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and distribution partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering or a closely related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Product Design Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development.
• At least 2 years of experience with OHAUS laboratory equipment and related products.
• Experience with product strategy, product lifecycle management, new product launches, active life support, and technical product specifications.
• Supply chain experience involving dealer or sub-dealer relations and global distribution networks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP ECC, and Power BI.
