What you will do

• Use AI-powered tools to analyze infrastructure usage and growth data and maintain capacity forecasting models.
• Correlate infrastructure signals with growth targets, market launches, seasonal demand, and customer segments to identify upcoming capacity risks.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, and service-health dashboards, surfacing anomalies and emerging constraints.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate growth plans into documented, data-backed forecasts.
• Draft requirements, forecast summaries, stakeholder updates, and review materials with AI-assisted analysis.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of capacity and observability initiatives with clear quality criteria.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, computer science, engineering, or comparable experience.
• Hands-on comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work, including for analysis, forecasting, or drafting.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic querying to identify trends and support decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to observability or monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Experience with trend analysis, cohort analysis, correlation, continuous discovery, hypothesis-driven development, or structured experimentation.
