Team Lead, Enterprise Integration Services

Location: Remote-hybrid in the United States; the role serves as the technical lead within the San Antonio integration facility.

What you will do

• Build, configure, install, cable, test, and validate racks, network infrastructure, end-user devices, and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Lead day-to-day execution of warehouse-based integration projects and coordinate workloads across multiple customer engagements.
• Guide and mentor technicians and integration resources while serving as the subject matter expert for complex projects.
• Develop implementation guides, work instructions, runbooks, and customer-specific configuration documentation.
• Perform quality assurance, operational readiness checks, troubleshooting, and deployment defect resolution before shipment.
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, warehouse and logistics teams, account teams, and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise deployment, integration services, data center operations, or infrastructure implementation.
• Experience building and deploying rack-based solutions and working with servers, network equipment, storage platforms, and endpoint technologies.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling, networking fundamentals, hardware installation, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Ability to execute engineering diagrams, rack elevations, configuration guides, and implementation plans.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and deployment issues, managing inventory and bills of materials, and supporting asset or device lifecycle operations.
• Strong documentation, process development, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and related enterprise technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL, project delivery methodologies, and quality management processes.
• Relevant technical certifications.
