Location: Lakewood, Colorado. Active Top Secret Clearance Required.

What you will do
- Perform Tier 2 incident management triage, troubleshooting, and resolution for virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere and vCenter.
- Execute Tier 2 service requests, including the build, decommission, and resource modification of virtual machines.
- Maintain, install, and configure physical data center hardware, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and storage systems.
- Monitor IT infrastructure using prescribed tools to ensure comprehensive system state awareness.
- Manage service requests and incidents using ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve operational procedures.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of professional experience with VMware vSphere and/or vCenter.
- Proven experience working within enterprise-level IT environments.
- Experience managing enterprise storage solutions.
