What you will do

• Provide outstanding customer care by anticipating needs and identifying coverage gaps.
• Answer inbound calls regarding auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
• Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers to the right insurance options.
• Resolve customer issues and remove barriers to coverage.
• Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Contribute feedback to improve the product and customer experience.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work full-time remotely with flexible scheduling.
