Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Sydney, Australia (In-office 2-3 days a week)

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to assess prospect challenges and deliver tailored platform demonstrations to close enterprise deals.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a dedicated book of customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and growth.
- Design and recommend seamless integration strategies by investigating prospects' technical landscapes.
- Resolve complex technical challenges involving advanced marketing architectures and AI models.
- Identify and articulate upsell opportunities by analyzing customers' tech stacks and future initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to provide field insights and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia with willingness to travel ~25% across APAC.
- 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or post-sales solutions roles, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
- Deep technical proficiency in APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL.
- Experience utilizing LLM platforms such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to both CMOs and developers.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with mobile development (Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native).
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, or custom cloud-based integrations.
