TL;DR

Service Technician (Electronic Medical Devices): Troubleshooting and repairing hirify.global electronic medical devices with an accent on electronics fundamentals, soldering, component replacement, and quality standards. Focus on diagnosing hardware and software issues, documenting service work, and maintaining repair accuracy and productivity.

Location: Kennewick, Washington, United States. Domestic and international travel may be required, and work outside normal business hours may occasionally be necessary.

Salary: $22–$38 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair designated hirify.global electronic medical devices accurately and efficiently.
• Contact customers to gather information needed to complete service orders.
• Follow technical, administrative, pricing, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in an orderly condition.
• Complete repair documentation and paperwork accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of electronics fundamentals, including components, soldering, component replacement, and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, databases, query tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues and communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, use a computer extensively, and obtain necessary travel documents.

Nice to have

• Technical certification in electronics or a related field.
• Previous experience in electronics repair or a related field.
