Salary: $174,051–$273,775 base pay in the Americas, depending on geographic pay zone. Additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Architect enterprise integrations using Python, JavaScript, APIs, microservices, and related technologies.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and guide product direction.
• Drive AI-augmented workflow automation and align technical solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Deploy AI solutions to production and oversee evaluation, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage AI risk, data privacy, regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and engineer mentoring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend software development experience.
• 5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production, including founding or forward-deployed engineering experience in 0-to-1 product development.
• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with experience in APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Experience solving ambiguous problems, influencing cross-functional teams, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI risk assessment, data privacy, and compliance requirements such as GDPR.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Intelligence, Rovo AI, or AI-powered hirify.global features.
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to complex production systems at scale.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
