Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid model (3 days per week in office) for candidates in Austin or Atlanta; otherwise remote.

Salary: $110,000 - $216,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of multiple AI-based product solutions across the business.
• Interface with executives and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and direction setting.
• Author high-level designs and implement low-level designs for major AI initiatives.
• Build secure, cost-effective, and performant systems at a very large scale.
• Assess technology options to optimize ROI and establish fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Upskill the organization by evangelizing new technologies and identifying experimentation opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of coding experience in server-side languages such as Python, GoLang, or Java.
• Proven experience architecting and building production AI/ML systems with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience building product solutions using LLMs and GenAI technologies.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps practices.
• Solid experience with SQL and in-memory data storage solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with product data pipelines and e-commerce taxonomies/schemas.
• Familiarity with vector databases, model orchestration tools, and inference frameworks.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
