Mid/Senior PPC Specialist (Paid Media)

What you will do

• Lead paid search strategy and optimization across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Drive paid social strategy, campaign planning, and execution across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Own performance measurement, reporting, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
• Use data and automation to improve campaign performance and client results.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, technology, and client-facing teams.
• Present strategy and performance insights to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid search or paid social environments.
• Deep understanding of campaign strategy, budgeting, and KPI-driven performance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an agency or performance-focused in-house environment is preferred.
