What you will do

• Plan, launch, manage, and report on paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit, and other channels.
• Improve the marketing technology stack for tracking, attribution, reporting, optimization, and automation.
• Test creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and new campaign types.
• Explore and validate new paid acquisition channels.
• Create documentation and reports covering campaign performance beyond top-line metrics.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms and their integration.
• Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions.
• Proficiency with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising.
• Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, mobile measurement partners, and customer data platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking, interpreting, and presenting data.
• Ability to follow industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
