What you will do

• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit, or other channels.
• Ensure the martech stack enables best-in-class tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Continuously improve performance through testing creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, and bidding strategies.
• Explore and validate new channels and campaign types.
• Build clear documentation and reports to showcase your work.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including integrating tools and processes for optimisation and automation.
• Deep understanding of best practices for campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions.
• Proficiency with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising.
• Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, MMPs, and CDPs.
• Strong analytical ability to track, interpret, and present data clearly.
• A habit of staying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
