What you will do

• Plan, launch, manage, and report on paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit, and other channels.
• Maintain the marketing technology stack for tracking, attribution, reporting, optimization, and automation.
• Test and optimize creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Explore and validate new acquisition channels and campaign types.
• Create clear documentation and reports focused on measurable performance beyond top-line metrics.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms and their integrations.
• Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions.
• Proficiency with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising.
• Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, mobile measurement partners, and customer data platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to track, interpret, and present data clearly.
