N1 AMHS Equipment Technician (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC AMHS equipment area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor PRI stockers, reticle stockers, Aerotrak systems, and Daifuku parts management systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, including consumable changes and corrective repairs.
• Complete maintenance documentation and train other personnel on equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of technical maintenance experience; an associate degree in Electronics or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Metrology or Defect area.
• Knowledge of maintenance job functions, SPC, and FDC, with the ability to improve equipment performance using these controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, work in confined spaces, and lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
