Location: Barneveld, Netherlands

What you will do
- Decompose customer and business requirements into structured functional and non-functional system requirements.
- Develop system architectures, specify system elements, and define and manage interfaces.
- Perform system modeling, simulations, trade-off analyses, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Collaborate with software, functional safety, cybersecurity, electrical engineering, verification, and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Maintain system FMEA and support technical feasibility and effort assessments for RFQs, RFIs, and change requests.
Requirements
- BSc in Systems, Automotive, Software, Electrical Engineering, or another technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience as a systems engineer, preferably in automotive, heavy equipment, or agricultural industries.
- Knowledge of requirements engineering and system architectural design.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS NG, Polarion, or similar.
- Experience with system modeling tools such as SMW, Capella, or similar.
- Ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams and conduct structured technical reviews.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Functional Safety, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity, ISO 21434, ASPICE, UNECE R46, MBSE, field-of-view studies, camera image pipelines, image recognition, or image stitching.
