Location: Remote within Canada or the United States; alternatively based in San Francisco, New York, or Portland.

Salary: $189,400–$236,700 for employees in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle; $170,400–$213,000 for other US locations; $179,000–$223,700 for Canadian employees.

What you will do

• Own production across multiple Brand Creative campaigns and projects, managing priorities, staffing, budgets, timelines, capacity, and risk.
• Personally lead major campaigns from concept through delivery across film, photography, motion, experiential, digital, and integrated formats.
• Translate ambitious creative ideas into realistic production plans while protecting quality and challenging underdeveloped briefs.
• Build and manage a network of agencies, directors, studios, photographers, freelancers, vendors, and production partners.
• Establish systems for prioritization, staffing, greenlighting, review, and delivery.
• Provide clear communication on project status, decisions, constraints, tradeoffs, and risks to creative leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex, multidisciplinary creative production and large-scale campaigns.
• Deep experience across film, photography, motion, experiential, digital, and integrated brand work.
• Strong judgment in scoping, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and managing substantial production investments.
• Experience building production systems, capabilities, or operating models from the ground up.
• Experience developing and managing networks of agencies, production companies, directors, studios, freelancers, and vendors.
• Exceptional creative judgment, communication, partnership, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
