What you will do

• Administrate Group financial applications, perform tests on developments, and manage data imports into reporting systems.
• Manage monthly closing and forecast activities to ensure data accuracy in Oracle ERP.
• Review accounting records to ensure correct accounts and allocations are used.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve data inconsistencies and develop evolution plans for the Oracle ERP tool.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding Oracle ERP functionality.
• Optimize reports for data analysis and maintain internal documentation and procedures.

Requirements

• Significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in data reconciliation across different systems and knowledge of databases.
• Extensive experience with Excel.
• Knowledge of Essbase Oracle, SmartView, HFM, and ERP systems.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills (C1).
• Must be based in Bucharest, Milan, or Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Experience in video game production or the Software/IT industry with R&D.
• Experience in ERP systems deployment.
