What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.
• Partner with business leaders and budget owners to identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, and influence outcomes.
• Drive executive-level reporting and presentations to explain financial performance and variance drivers.
• Support cost optimization efforts by identifying efficiencies and improving planning discipline.
• Own cost allocation methodology and rate-setting to ensure accurate tracking for game titles.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Canada or the UK.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription business models preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and support finance professionals.
