Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer (Infrastructure Automation and Containerization)

Location: Hybrid in Porto; candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Coach and train Operations teams in Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and modern DevOps practices.
• Own and improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Maintain existing IIS and Windows virtual machine infrastructure.
• Drive the migration from Windows-based infrastructure toward OpenShift containerization.
• Collaborate remotely with Development and Operations teams across Paris and Porto.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in DevSecOps, automation, or a related field.
• Strong Python and PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Solid Windows and IIS administration experience.
• Practical experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, and pods.
• Fluent English and an existing legal right to work in the European Union are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C# for understanding existing applications.
• Certifications or additional experience in container orchestration or automation.
• French language skills.
