Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert

Location: Hybrid work based in Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Support and administer Linux environments, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes with Ansible and Terraform.
• Work with public cloud platforms including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD environments using Jenkins, Travis CI, Concourse, or equivalent tools.
• Operate Kubernetes and Docker-based environments.
• Apply ITIL practices and IT Operations processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT Operations, Systems Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, command-line, system administration, and shell scripting skills.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a public cloud provider, Ansible, and Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD environments.
• Fluent English at B2 level or higher; based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit; availability for hybrid work in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• RHEL Automation with Ansible, CKAD, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform Associate, or Vault Associate certifications.
