What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Enterprise Business Development, Product Marketing, Commercial Partnerships, and Customer Success roles.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies using HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized talent communities.
• Advise senior GTM stakeholders with talent intelligence, market insights, calibrated scorecards, and structured interview plans.
• Structure and negotiate region-specific international offers, including equity and statutory requirements.
• Maintain Greenhouse ATS data integrity and monitor funnel metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Source Yield, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Improve recruiting processes in line with global talent acquisition standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM, commercial, or revenue-generating roles.
• Experience hiring senior commercial talent in the UK and EMEA technology or SaaS markets.
• Expertise with Greenhouse ATS, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipeline analytics.
• Strong knowledge of UK and European labor compliance, contract worker models, and IR35.
• Experience with structured, competency-based interviewing methodologies.
