Associate Director – Enterprise Digital Capabilities

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for enterprise platforms across finance, HR, CRM and service management.
• Simplify, optimise and modernise core business systems while improving resilience and service quality.
• Establish governance, ownership and accountability for the enterprise technology estate.
• Manage strategic suppliers and technology partners.
• Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Work with senior stakeholders to drive institution-wide change and ensure platform investments deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale digital platforms, technology services or business systems.
• Experience operating at a senior leadership level in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance, product management and service improvement.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading organisational change.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
