What you will do

• Own the support, stability, governance and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise platforms.
• Shape the future direction of D365, Power Platform, Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities in line with business strategy.
• Define governance frameworks, operating models and decision processes for platform change, automation and citizen development.
• Identify and deliver improvements through automation, data insight, AI and enterprise platform capabilities.
• Lead the adoption of system changes through training, guidance, enablement and change support.
• Develop a high-performing team and collaborate with programme delivery, strategy, change, suppliers and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading and evolving enterprise platforms to support business growth, efficiency and transformation.
• Experience defining governance, operating models and controls that balance innovation, risk and value.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business improvement through automation, data, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building adoption, engagement and capability through change communication and enablement.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational execution, communication and people leadership skills.
