Sales Engineer (OT and IoT Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support customers and partners across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities.
• Qualify opportunities, gather technical requirements, present solutions, and design architectures for quotations.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customer and partner communications.
• Coordinate issue resolution and feature feedback with internal Research and Development teams.
• Train and enable partners to position, sell, and support cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Security Consultant, System Integrator, or System Engineer.
• Strong understanding of complex networks, protocols, and networking technologies; CCNA or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience in cybersecurity, ideally incident management or penetration testing, and ICS security projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, consultative selling, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer systems or telecommunications, relevant security certifications, AI-enabled tool experience, and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99 Cybersecurity, IACRB Certified SCADA Security Architect, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
