What you will do

• Support day-to-day revenue cycle activities including billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Document current workflows, operational procedures, and process improvements.
• Analyze revenue cycle data and prepare reports to identify trends and operational issues.
• Gather information and track action items for process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with DHA UBO leadership and MTF personnel to support project activities.
• Develop presentations, dashboards, and project documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or Public Health.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Military Health System (MHS), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or VA.
• Familiarity with UBO cost recovery programs (TPC, MSA, MAC).
• Experience with MHS GENESIS, Oracle Cerner, or similar EHR systems.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and revenue integrity principles.
