What you will do

• Lead global Health, Safety, Security and Wellbeing strategies, policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Translate strategy into divisional priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with divisional Health & Safety and Security leaders to implement scalable, consistent operating practices.
• Design, optimise and govern the global Health, Safety and Security Operating System.
• Provide independent oversight of performance, risk and assurance, including reporting to Executive Committee and Board stakeholders.
• Coordinate capability building, best-practice sharing and responses to significant incidents across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive progressive leadership experience in Health, Safety and/or Security within a complex global organisation.
• Professional Health & Safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, CMIOSH, OSHA or equivalent.
• Experience working across multiple regulatory regimes and international standards.
• Executive- and Board-level credibility with strong governance and risk-management skills.
