What you will do

• Develop, test, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions to protect information resources.
• Configure and support SSO/Federation solutions including Oracle Access Manager, PingOne, and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identities, accounts, authentication, and permissions.
• Execute maintenance, patching, and monitoring of IAM infrastructure to ensure system stability.
• Facilitate the continuous adoption, training, and communication of IAM capabilities and standards.
• Refine reusable strategies and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, IAM Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM concepts such as RBAC, MFA, SSO, and cryptography.
• Proficiency with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Entra.
• Experience with programming and scripting languages including Java, Python, PowerShell, or C#.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Must be located in Pennsylvania, USA.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or SANS certifications.
• IAM Vendor certifications (Ping, Entra, etc.) or Cloud certifications.
• SAFe Agile certifications.
• Experience in financial or healthcare regulated industries.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
