Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and relevant certifications.

What you will do

• Develop system-level test strategies, plans, procedures, verification artifacts, and integrated master test schedules.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, cybersecurity, and end-to-end mission system testing.
• Validate software builds, configuration changes, enterprise satellite ground system components, and IT infrastructure.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts integrated with DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code workflows.
• Coordinate testing across vendors, engineering teams, Agile groups, and government stakeholders.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, readiness reviews, technical briefings, and certification milestones.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required, with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• At least 8 years of general full-time work experience and 4 years of directly related enterprise IT system testing and integration experience.
• Experience testing servers, networks, storage, virtualization, system services, and complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience authoring test plans, test cases, test documents, and leading complex test campaigns.
• Experience with test automation, requirements analysis, verification methodologies, systems engineering V-model, Agile practices, and secure development workflows.
• Ability to decompose complex systems into testable components and coordinate work across multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with space mission systems or enterprise satellite ground architectures.
• DoD 8570 certification, such as Security+.
• Experience with classified DoD environments, DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD deployments, and secure air-gapped systems.
