What you will do

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing strategies.
• Create reusable performance scripts and frameworks with NeoLoad and enterprise testing tools.
• Analyze results to identify application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites with Tricentis Tosca and expand regression coverage across enterprise workflows.
• Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines and improve reporting and execution efficiency.
• Partner with delivery teams to resolve complex testing, automation stability, application performance, and integration issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience with large-scale enterprise applications.
• At least 3 years of hands-on test automation development using Tricentis Tosca or comparable enterprise automation tools.
• At least 3 years of hands-on performance testing, load analysis, and scripting using NeoLoad or comparable tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Experience testing web applications, REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and distributed enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or Salesforce Lightning.
• Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Experience in shared-services or multi-project enterprise delivery models.
