Location: On-site, Fort Huachuca, AZ. Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and be able to pass a polygraph.

What you will do

• Develop and manage core T&E frameworks, including Analysis Structures (AS), Data Source Matrices (DSM), and Evaluation Frameworks (EF).
• Author comprehensive OT&E documentation such as Test Plans, Test Concept Briefs, and materials for Operational Test Readiness Reviews.
• Integrate cyber survivability requirements and attack vectors into operational test scenarios and scripts.
• Lead data collection for OT&E events, focusing on enterprise cryptographic infrastructure and secure communications systems.
• Analyze test data and automated scans to identify vulnerabilities and determine their operational impact.
• Produce critical T&E deliverables, including Quick Look Reports and Final Test Reports, for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and ability to pass a polygraph (non-negotiable).
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySa+, ISC2 SSCP, EC-Council CND, Cisco CCNA Security, or GIAC GSEC).
• Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 7 years of specialized T&E/systems engineering experience OR 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in T&E planning, execution, and reporting within the Department of Defense.
• Strong technical writing capabilities for authoring official T&E documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessments and analyzing penetration testing outputs.
• Deep understanding of secure cryptographic architectures, key management protocols, and COMSEC.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GCFA, or GCIH.
• Mastery of DAWIA T&E Level II/III standards.
• Proficiency in database management and analysis.
