NetSuite Managed Services Consultant

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States, with preference for candidates in or around hirify.global locations; some travel to client sites is expected.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year.

Technology Consulting services support clients with NetSuite implementations and related business technology solutions.

What you will do

• Support NetSuite clients through support tickets, enhancement requests, and consulting projects.
• Work independently from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Apply functional expertise across financials or operations to improve client processes.
• Analyze how operational transactions affect financial results and how financial requirements affect operations.
• Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and GitHub to work more efficiently.
• Travel to client sites as needed and maintain high levels of internal and external client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with NetSuite or another ERP, including at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• Deep functional expertise in either financials or operations. Financials may include GL, AP/AR, month-end close, consolidations and multi-subsidiary environments, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Operations may include order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users, with strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• NetSuite certification such as ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation.
• Experience with managed services or supporting NetSuite clients after go-live.
• Working knowledge of both financials and operations.
