NetSuite ERP Developer (NetSuite)

Location: South Yorkshire, United Kingdom; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 onsite days per week and occasional travel to other UK sites. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, customize, and enhance the existing NetSuite ERP system.
• Automate manual tasks and streamline workflows across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
• Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Manage system changes, upgrades, ERP development, and technical projects from planning through implementation.
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Deliver user training and support system adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a NetSuite ERP Developer.
• Strong NetSuite development and customization experience.
• Essential SQL experience.
• IT, Computer Science, or related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing technical projects, leading delivery teams, and working with business users.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with broader IT systems and business applications.
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.
• Experience improving ERP processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Operations.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption.
