Associate Sales Engineer (OT/IoT Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote from Italy; the role supports the EMEA region.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers and partners throughout the presales and sales cycle.
• Act as a technical contact for channel partners and assist with technical requests and presales activities.
• Draft and review RFP responses to align proposed solutions with client requirements.
• Build deep product knowledge and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Understand customer and partner technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for written and verbal communication.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of network technologies and information security.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Eagerness to learn, resilience, adaptability, and ability to collaborate effectively.
